Our Insight: Our audience wants social content that shines a light on their best selves. They like content that they can share, because it makes them look good in front of their friends.

Creative Strategy:
The Zoozoos are popular because they are funny – their silly and unpredictable antics have made audiences thirst for more. On social media, we realize that people interact with a brand’s content for a minute or less. So why not make that minute, the most fun minute of our fans’ day? And so that was our strategy – offer one minute of escape from mundane routine every day.

We decided to take all aspects of mundane life – from weekends, work life, holidays, relationships and more – and give them a whacky, unexpected twist, as befits the Zoozoos.
• We created Zoozoo calendars that fans could look forward to each month.
• Zoozoo horoscopes, with weird predictions, gave our users a good belly laugh.
• With the Zoozoo “Invention of the Day” content series, we created quirky histories of known inventions, as well as whimsical technologies that delved into the psyche of our fans.
• We created holiday and festival posts to show Zoozoos celebrating the same occasions as our fans – but in a bizarre and uniquely Zoozoo way
• Through memes, we provided a Zoozoos way to express common sentiments. We all know how annoying a ringing mobile can be a cinema – we provided a Zoozoos-powered way to share that opinion.
• And with the Zoozoo Quote of the Day, we gave our fans ways to express themselves, whether it was about the value of friends, or the need for just a bit more sleep.
We also created spikes and triggers around specific milestones and events.

Valentine’s Week:
We created an entire week of Zoozoo content about love, dating, and partners. We ended with a special video on Valentine’s day.

Thanking 10M Fans:
When we reached 10 million fans, we created an exclusive, one-of-a-kind video for each and every one member of our loyal Zoozoo community.
